What I love about my job...

I have been within the art of cosmetology for 29 years. If it involves hair, I can do it! I can't describe the feeling I get when a client comes in with a direction in mind, and leaves with a  destination in heart!

I love what I do, as I get to meet so many amazing people...often times these interactions lead  to  lifelong friendships!

(My job does not feel like work, it's more like social hour, and I love social hour)!

I love the reaction my clients exhibit upon seeing their reflection, their eye gleam, their face glows, and their demeanor changes...they go from  expectant to exuberant -- that's what I'm here for!

What I love about my job...

I have an extensive history in the hairdressing business, with over forty-five years of styling experience. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the top names in the industry on a number of occasions.

My love for hairdressing runs deep and encompasses all facets of the business, including: Teaching the next generation of stylists, attending continuing education classes to learn new techniques, and serving my clients better through these processes.

I believe that product knowledge, tooling,  and new techniques (obtained through educational opportunities, industry input, and client experiences) are the keys for a successful business endeavor!

Finally, I always try to be an excellent listener, paying careful attention to clients when they share their hair care struggles...  I take great pride in helping them find a solution that helps them to look and feel better. There is no greater reward to me than for clients to leave with their heads held high and their smiles wide!

What I love about my job...

I absolutely love making people feel good about themselves. I believe everyone is beautiful in there own unique way, my goal is to enhance that.

I really enjoy the conversations that I have with my clients; getting to know their own personal flair and personality. It’s so nice to share perspectives, while getting them to engage in conversations about what they're passionate about....many clients ask what I could envision for their hairstyle or color. This question is easier to answer if I have some personal insight.

Since I was a young girl, I've wanted to be a hairdresser. I ended up attending a technical high school to jumpstart my career, so at the age of fourteen I began my hair focused journey...I am happy to be a part of the Hair I Am team, and feel my vision has reached a plateau!

I am still fascinated and obsessed with anything hair related...I  continue to educate myself on new techniques and products, in order to provide the most up to date services, trends, and product information to my clients!
